Hygrophila Triflora
10x Stems 8-10cm Long
Hygrophila triflora, commonly called three-flowered hygrophila, is a freshwater aquatic stem plant used in planted aquariums
Appearance and characteristics
Leaves: Smaller and generally less deeply divided than those of water wisteria.
Colour: Light olive green to reddish-brown, with deep brown-red growing tips possible under strong lighting.
Stems: Branch readily and can grow at an angle or spread sideways.
Growth rate: Moderate
Typical height: Approximately 15–40 cm, depending on conditions and trimming.
Difficulty: Relatively easy to grow in a suitable freshwater aquarium.
These are practical starting ranges rather than strict limits. The plant can adapt to a range of freshwater conditions, and lighting has a particularly noticeable influence on its colour and lower-leaf retention.
Grown fully submerged using JAG Aquatics fertiliser.
Note: All plants will be shipped using Express Post on Monday / Tuesday. No Shipping to WA, NT and TAS
