Didiplis Diandra

Didiplis diandra is a delicate freshwater aquatic stem plant popular in planted aquariums for its fine leaves and beautiful green, orange and red colours. It is also known as Water Hedge.

It can make a stunning midground or background plant in a nature-style aquascape

Characteristics: 

• Leaves: Very narrow, fine and needle-like, arranged in pairs along slender stems.

• Colour: Usually light green, with orange or red tips when lighting and nutrients are suitable.

• Shape: Can form a compact, bushy hedge with regular trimming.

• Height: Commonly around 15–30 cm in aquariums, depending on growing conditions.
